Coach Juliet will work with you to complete a comprehensive review of your current and past runner history, as well as your current running goals. With this information, you will be given a detailed training plan that has been developed to meet your specific needs and goals. With online access Final Surge, you will be able to view your training schedule, and download workout data from your Garmin or similar device. You and your coach are able to view this information and share notes and comments. Training calendars will be able to be viewed up to one month in advance. In addition, each week, your training is reviewed and any adjustments are made as necessary. Your coach will provide a weekly check-in and review your workouts and scheduled runs. You have unlimited access to your coach via email and text for any training questions.
